Wow, way to assume that the readers haven’t (re)watched all the movies just to prepare for Infinity War… it’s not like people haven’t waiting for this for the better part of a decade

MCU: Has 19 movies, 10 tv shows, numerous tie-in comics, been constantly marketed by Disney for the last decade, and generally shoved in the face of anyone not living on Mt. Everest since the turn of the 21st century. 

New Yorker: I can’t believe Infinity War assumed you knew who these characters are.
