How often do absentee ballots make a Big different though? (They’re counted later.) what if the declare, sat, a Lib Maj Govt, and then like weeks later the absentee ballots swing it the other way? Will the Govt officially form before the absentee ballots are counted ?

I don’t believe the government will form until all the votes are tallied. That wouldn’t make sense to me.

Last election there were over 50,000 absentee ballots, so I think in close ridings they will make a difference.
